Rule:
বস্তুর ক্ষেত্রে only এর পরিবর্তে nothing but বসে। তবে বয়সের বা সংখ্যার ক্ষেত্রে only এর পরিবর্তে not more than/not less than বসে।

সমজাতীয় দুইটি বাক্যের verb এর double use বা পুনরাবৃত্তি এড়াতে affirmative ও negative বাক্যে বিশেষ যে conjunction গুলো ব্যবহার করা হয়, তাই মূলত affirmative & negative agreement হিসেবে পরিচিত।
